I have an extra bedroom which I rented for the past 4 months and I'm thinking of doing it again for a period of 2 of 3 months, starting from April. I'm often away, active and half of the time I have a dog, Loef. So you have to be up for walks with her :). I'm looking for a relaxed and easy tenant, who is tidy & clean and a good laugh. The room is furnished, has a comfortable bed and big closed and black out curtains and garden view. The house is very comfortable with a Scandinavian interior, spacious and sunny garden. We will share the living, kitchen bathroom & toilet. The kitchen is well equipped, everything you need. The living room has a good TV and I have a Sonos system. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower. Location My house is 5 minutes by bike and 15 mins from the centre of Haarlem and the train station. It's also perfect also if you need to go to Amsterdam for work or study every day. Amsterdam is only 15 by train. The nearest shops are just around thew corner. It's a quiet and chill area but close to the city...
