The bedroom is large and well organized, furnished with a comfortable double bed and finished with relaxing tones that promote rest. The living room opens onto a versatile living area: a large table perfect for eating, working or studying and a sofa that can be converted into a double bed, ideal for accommodating up to four people in total. The rooms, with attention to detail, combine aesthetics and practicality. The open kitchen, modern and fully equipped, is equipped with an induction stove, sink, refrigerator and all the necessary equipment for independent cooking. It is designed to allow the preparation of any type of meal: from breakfast to lunch, from dinner to evening aperitif. The bathroom is modern and complete with all the essential amenities, including a spacious shower and contemporary finishes designed for everyday comfort. Among the main services available: fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, washing machine, bed linen and towels, electric shutters and a practical self check-in, designed to guarantee maximum autonomy. The apartment is located in Via Watt, in a strategic area of Milan, a few steps from the suggestive Navigli, known for its lively evening life and walks along the water. Nearby, there is also the MUDEC — Museum of Cultures — symbol of contemporary Milanese art. The Romolo (M2) metro stop is easily accessible, allowing for quick travel to the city center and main attractions. From Watt 8 you can easily reach the San Paolo hospital. Staying in Watt 8 means enjoying a space designed to feel at home from the first moment: relaxing after a day of work or exploring the city, preparing a dinner with local ingredients or sipping a glass of wine in a quiet and well-kept environment. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night. MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION 60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 18th 2026 and April 28th 2026 included. For bookings with check in within those dates, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
