Great location! Very well-located apartment on the top floor of a building with three apartments. The entrance is shared with one other apartment, and there is a shared staircase on the third floor. The apartment is bright with three bedrooms, small kitchen and a shared living and dining area. The bathroom includes a washing machine with a built-in dryer. Hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is equipped with all the main utensils and a dishwasher. There are two of us living in the apartment; we work during the day and sometimes spend weekends outdoors. We need to be considerate of our neighbours. There is a shared garden that all residents are free to use.
