We are a French-Icelandic family of four going to live closer to our families for a few months and looking for tenants to stay in our cosy home in the centre of Reykjavík city and enjoy our two cats company. You will be in the centre of Reykjavík, few steps from the magnificent Hallgrimskirkja church, the delicious cinnamon rolls from Brauð og co and the beautiful view on Esja. The apartment is on two floors at the top of a three floors house. The top floor is under the roof and has a large balcony with a nice view over the roofs, an open kitchen and living room and a restroom. The kitchen and living room wooden floors are newly renovated as well as the kitchen. It is fully equipped with all you need, expresso machine, fridge, freezer, oven and electric stove and dishwasher . Three bedrooms are situated in the first floor of the apartment ( 8.5, 11 and 10 squares meters) as well as an open office space and a bathroom with bathtub. All rooms are bright.
