The apartment is close to both neighborhoods of Exarchia and Kypseli where there are many small bars, ouzerias and special café-restaurants that the city's youth choose. It has hot water through a solar water heater, Internet connection (fiber optics network) and the rent also includes water, electricity, utilities, airconditioning maintenance bills.
