Adjacent to this, the dining area boasts a contemporary table set for your mealtime delights. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. It features a clean, sleek design with ample workspace to prepare meals and all the cookware and utensils you may need during your stay. Your restful night's sleep awaits in the spacious bedroom, with a luxurious queen-size bed and ample storage for your belongings. In apartments equipped with a sofa bed, we're happy to prepare it with fresh linens and everything you need, just let us know in advance! To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please request the sofa bed setup before your arrival date. If the request is made after check-in, a 75€ service fee will apply to cover preparation and logistics. Towels: ● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival. ● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee. ● For stays longer than 7 days: The first additional towel request is free of charge. The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee. Cleaning Request: ● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay. ● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. Self check- in anytime after 4pm. Scheduled early check-in and late check-out at 1 PM can be arranged, subject to availability and an additional fee. Other Things to Note: As per the house rules, we kindly request a deposit/guarantee of 300EUR to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions. This is just a precautionary measure to ensure that you have sufficient funds in case of any unforeseen damages during your stay. Please don't worry, as this won't be an actual charge on your card but rather a pre-authorization. We'll send you a payment link with all the necessary information to make the deposit 2 days prior to your stay. If your stay is less than 2 days away, we'll send it to you as soon as possible.
