A short drive or walk away from some of Boston’s best hospitals and schools, this first-floor shared apartment is ideal for Boston College students and young professionals who want to live close to where they work. With an estimated population of over 29,000, Allston is a lively and diverse neighborhood that consists mainly of young adults and college students. People between the age of 18-34 make up roughly 78-percent of the population here. Just north of Brookline, Allston borders the Boston neighborhoods of Fenway and Brighton.
