Less than 30 days in advance, the security deposit will be retained, and two months' rent will be charged. In cases where a refund is due, the security deposit will be returned between 30 and 60 days from the scheduled start date. Since no stay has taken place, the expense supplement is fully refunded. Cancellations or modifications after the start of the stay Once the stay has begun: For contracts of up to 3 months, the rent is paid in advance and cancellations and refunds are not permitted. The security deposit is returned between 30 and 60 days after departure, provided there is no damage or loss, and the expense supplement is adjusted according to consumption.
