The double studio has a little kitchen with a cooker, a private bathroom, (hidden) wardrobes, 2 desks, and hot-cold air conditioning. You can prepare your meal in the cooker or the microwave (you can also cook in the oven in the common area’s kitchen). The price includes furniture and household appliances, bed linens and towels, utensils and kitchenware, free Wi-Fi, and supplies up to 50€/month (water and light). The common areas are the hall, the dining room with another super-equipped kitchen, sofa, and TV; the laundry room (a free service with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers), and a little terrace at the bottom of the Coliving. There will be 6 single studios in the terrace space; however, this studio is located on the ground floor together with another 3 studios. Overall, we expect to accommodate around 8 people here during the summer. In this coliving, you will live with people who are learning Spanish during the summer, as well as young professionals like digital nomads or freelancers from different countries (including Spanish professionals). The ages range from 25 to 35 years, and it's a good option for couples or friends who study or work in Valencia during July and August. You can get empadronamiento, but we charge you a tax of 40€ (authorization).
