Important considerations - No elevator: The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a traditional Lisbon building, which means you’ll need to climb the stairs. While this adds to the experience of living in a building with so much history and charm, it’s important to keep in mind that accessibility may be a bit challenging for those with reduced mobility or carrying heavy luggage. - Potential for noise, especially during festivities: Graça is a vibrant, lively neighborhood, and during June, with the famous Santos Populares festivities, the streets fill with music, dance, and excitement. - Room layout: The apartment has three interconnected bedrooms, so to access the second bedroom, you need to pass through one of the other two. This layout creates a more connected, shared atmosphere, making it ideal for families or groups who prefer to be close to one another. However, it may not be the best choice for those who value more privacy between rooms. - Room with narrow window and limited natural light: One of the rooms, designed for children, has a very narrow window that allows ventilation but doesn’t provide much natural light. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00).
