Once the intellectual and romantic center of Portuguese life in the 19th century, it became an important commercial hub of the capital in the 20th century. True to its cultural roots, Chiado is home to several museums and theaters. The building has an elevator. Given the bustling nature of the area, some external noise is to be expected. Additionally, it is a very touristy zone with many restaurants and bars. The street where the building is located is strictly pedestrian access only; however, access for cars (Rua da Misericórdia) is just a few steps away. Street parking (paid) is very limited, but there are parking lots nearby. - Living Room The cozy living room includes a sofa bed, TV, and dining table. - Bedroom In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed and a large built-in wardrobe to keep your belongings organized! - Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, Delta espresso machine (coffee not included), and washing machines for both clothes and dishes. - Bathroom The bathroom features a bathtub and a towel heater. The entire apartment has central heating. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00).
