Se pagan aparte 20e mensuales de limpieza (viene una señora una vez a la semana a limpiar zonas comunes) y 20euros al mes de fijo de suministros. Es posible empadronarse, nos ocupamos de los trámites, tarifa única de 50e Las entradas en domingo o festivos, y/o que no sean el día 1 ( a no ser que la reserva empiece en otro día que no sea el 1y se entre en la fecha exacta) tendrán un coste de 50e.
