The apartment is amazingly designed, fully furnished with everything you need, beautiful open space that opens on a green patio. Being on the ground floor, facing north, you have no sunlight, except a bit in the morning. If a lot of natural light is a must for you, it won't suit you. There is one double bedroom, one bathroom, a living room, dining room, kitchen and office area with a desk. The only rooms that have doors are the bedroom and the bathroom. One extra bed (single) in the living room, for guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle,... There is a washing machine, towels and sheets are available, as well as hair dryer ;) Very good connections to all public transport, Tram and bus stations are close (Stations: Jupiter, Timmermans, Albert) The tram takes you to city center in 20 minutes and European HQ in 30 minutes! The neighborhood is called "Altitude 100" in Forest. It is a great family neighborhood, with all you need around. Very close to trendy places but in a quiet and very safe area, two big parks, grocery stores, supermarkets, a short walk to a few bars and restaurants. PLEASE NOTE: To take care of the plants, the owner must sometimes access to the courtyard. Maybe 3 or 4 times a year, and usually during the cleaning hours...
