This 15 metre- room includes a lock, air conditioning, a double bed (135x200) with a headboard and mattress, 2 external wardrobe, a desk, a chair, a side table, and a large exterior window that fills the room with light. The bed comes with pillows, a mattress cover, one fitted sheet, and a cushion. It also has a private bathroom and a medium fridge. The room can be rented for one person or couples. The apartment is exterior-facing and has been recently renovated. It is located on the second floor of a building constructed in 1975. It features two kitchens with all appliances and three full bathrooms shared among five rooms. The kitchens offer storage space for shared utensils as well as a pantry area for each of the six rooms. The kitchens are equipped with two refrigerators, a microwave, a washer/dryer, a stovetop, a breakfast bar, and all the necessary cookware and tableware for cooking and dining. Rental Requirements: -One month’s deposit (equivalent to the room’s rental price) -First month's rent -Utilities: Every month, the tenant must contribute an additional €80 along with the rent as an advance payment for utilities (water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and 2 hours of weekly cleaning for common areas).
