Ground Floor Through the hallway, which has three steps, you enter the kitchen. The modern bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a rain shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen with dining area, also on the ground floor, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction cooktop, air fryer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and kettle (including coffee and tea facilities). First Floor The upper floor offers a cozy living space with a comfortable sitting area and a smart TV with Dutch channels, perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea. You’ll also find the bedroom here, furnished with a comfortable 1.60m mattress that will be made up upon your arrival. The sitting area and bed create a harmonious, cozy space where you can truly unwind. The Surroundings The house is situated in a vibrant area of Landgraaf. All amenities are within reach: supermarkets, pharmacies, butchers, and various dining options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The home is also ideal as a starting point for exploring the stunning South Limburg nature. Walk or cycle through the Brunssummerheide or Teverener Heide (in Germany), both within a short distance. Heerlen, Maastricht, Kerkrade, and the German city of Aachen are easily accessible by car. This house offers everything for a comfortable and relaxing stay, making it ideal for enjoying the tranquility and nature of South Limburg.
