Very quiet 2-room flat near Friedrichshain 29th of November till 1st of March (or maybe part of the timespan) Hi, we're on an extended vacation and are looking for 1-2 subletters for our apartment with 60m2, 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom in a new building. Cable internet with 40 Mbit and a very good ping of ~10ms to the 1st Hop ist available. We're both working from home, so there are 2 office spaces in each the living room and the bedroom with table, office chair and monitor. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven and stove as well as fridge, freezer, coffemaker etc. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. The living room has a lot of natural light coming through the balcony doors and the big windows of an alcove. There's a beamer and sound system for movie nights. The flat is very quiet, we here absolutely nothing from our neighbors. The loft bed is 1,6m x 2,0m. The location is quiet, removed from the next street. Streetcars M13 (Warschauer Straße), M21 (Friedrichshain) und 16 (Frankfurter Allee) are less than 5 minutes away, streetcar M8 (main station) less than 10 minutes. You can reach the circle line and subway U5 in 3 stops by streetcar or bus at Frankfurter Allee. Lidl, Aldi and Rewe are less than 10 minutes away, Netto less than 15.
