The end-terrace house offers a modern shared apartment (WG), with rooms on the first floor available for rent. Each room is newly furnished, lockable, and comes with two keys. The WG places a strong emphasis on hygiene, which is reflected in the house rules to ensure everyone feels comfortable. The minimum rental period is 3 months, with a security deposit of three months' rent. This deposit serves as a safeguard against unpaid rent or damages beyond normal wear and tear. A payslip for the last three months and a valid employment contract are required as part of the rental conditions. The rooms are available in three sizes. This one is the Small Room. Small Room (9 m2) – Rent: €650 (utilities included) The smallest room, despite its size, offers all the comforts found in the other rooms. The desk is 1.10 m wide but remains electric and height-adjustable. The 90x200 cm bed with drawers, a mirrored wardrobe, LED lighting, double blinds, a retractable exterior blind, a rug, and coat hooks make this room functional and cozy. Communal Areas The communal areas cover approximately 70 m2, offering plenty of space for relaxation and cooking. These include a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining table, a heated conservatory, and a large garden where barbecuing is allowed. The bathroom is brand new, featuring a shower and towel heater, and there is a guest toilet on the ground floor. The shared areas and garden span a total of about 200 m2, making the garden an ideal spot for relaxation and outdoor activities. We will furnish the conservatory with garden furniture and regularly maintain the garden to keep it in great shape. Bedding essentials such as fitted sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, duvets, and their covers will be provided washed and ready for the move-in date.
