With heater for winter and AC for summer and new furniture and beds. Wifi provided runs at full speed, making it the ideal place for remote workers. With a fully equipped kitchen, you will have all of the comfort and amenities you need to feel at home. Supermarket is only an 8m walk from the house, plus there is a local market: Mercado del Arenal only 3m walk in the same street of the house, where you can find great home-made food to go, fresh bakery, flower shop, fruit shop & others. For those coming by car, there is a great 24h parking lot "Parking Paseo Colón", only at an 8m walk from the house. We are looking for respectful hosts that want to experience the Andalusian lifestyle in a very authentic Sevillian neighbourhood, well located but quiet area.
