This roof-top apartment is located 900m away from the University of Iceland campus and libraries, a very short walk along the pond. It’s also a stones throw away from city hall and central downtown, all the shops, bars, restaurants and public transport (and the domestic airport). I prefer females and musicians or students, and you must keep my plants alive while I ́m gone (it’s a sublet of my room in the apartment).
