This modern and comfortable studio is designed to offer you everything you need for a pleasant stay in Madrid. With a 1.20m single bed with a canapé, bed linen and towels, a kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, fridge, toaster and kitchenware, you can enjoy a practical and functional space. In addition, the studio has air conditioning (hot/cold), high-speed WiFi, television, washing machine and hair dryer. The studio is located on a high floor and does have an elevator, and the windows overlook an interior patio, and to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, we do not provide oil, salt or pepper during their stay. Located on Calle de Alberto Aguilera, in a quiet but well-connected area, you will have easy access to everything you need. A few minutes' walk away you can access a wide variety of emblematic places and services in the city. Nearby points of interest include the Madrid History Museum, Plaza de España, the Temple of Debod and Parque de la Vaguada, ideal for enjoying walks in the open air. In addition, you will be close to important universities such as the Complutense University, the Polytechnic University and the Pontifical University of Comillas. Public transport in the area is exceptional. Argüelles station (Line 4) is just a 1-minute walk away, connecting you directly to the city centre, such as Gran Vía, Malasaña and Sol.
