💢💢💢 The Broglio Studios attics are located inside a 4-storey building which houses 2 attics, 4 one-bedroom apartments and 2 lofts designed to meet the needs of students, workers and companies. This attic has a living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen, double bedroom and private bathroom complete with shower, hairdryer and welcome kit. The place is also equipped with air conditioning, WiFi connection, Sky satellite TV and a coin-operated laundry room available to all guests. Cleaning and linen change are included every two weeks. Furthermore, this cozy attic located on the third and top floor is characterized by exposed wooden beams and large openings that ensure natural lighting. PUBLIC TRANSPORT Milan Bovisa-Politecnico train station about 5 minutes away on foot. Bus stop n°82 at 10 m. The Broglio complex is 15 km from Linate Airport. For stays of one month only, a local tourist tax (“tassa di soggiorno”), which is a municipal charge applied to short-term stays.
