💢💢💢 The Piercapponi Studios are located in a 3-storey building which houses 9 two-room apartments and a gym, designed to meet the needs of workers and companies. The apartments have a living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen, double bedroom and private bathroom complete with shower, hairdryer and welcome kit. The Piercapponi Studios are equipped with air conditioning, WiFi connection , satellite TV and Sky . Furthermore, some apartments have a balcony. Paid laundry service is available, and weekly cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) are included in the monthly rent. Our gym is for the exclusive and free use of all our guests. The building overlooks the beautiful Pallavicino Park with children's and dog areas. From the building you can also easily reach both the Corso Vercelli and Via Marghera areas on foot, where there are numerous shops and clubs. The renowned Sempione Park, one of the centers of Milanese nightlife, is about 1 km away. From Corso Vercelli it is also possible to reach the National Theater thanks to bus stop 16.
