This home includes a private home office available for rent. A three-minute walk from the front door of the building will get you to the train station at the corner of Park Place and Franklin Avenue for the S train on the Park Place Line. This apartment is a smoke-free unit that includes paid parking and WiFi. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure it, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check and electronically sign a residency agreement.
