The property is located on the first floor and accessible by stairs. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows and a dining table. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and relax, and a table and chairs providing the ideal setting for alfresco dining or enjoying a morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. Each of the three bedrooms has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, and desk, with air-conditioning providing ample space for everyone to unwind and relax. All the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property, but you can do it in the terrace. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. -Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. -Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). -Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. -Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
