Right behind Piazza Ferrucci, walking distance from the San Niccolò neighborhood, Piazzale Michelangelo, Ponte Vecchio and the historical center of Florence, located next to the river, in a very sweet, peaceful spot, close to green areas, restaurant, bars and every kind of shop you can possibly imagine. The apartment is very airy and receives plenty of sunshine; it has two large bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and living room, and a bathroom, all with abundant natural light, plus a big room downstairs (that you can use for guests or as a studio) and a beautiful garden – a rare pearl in the center of Florence, unless you live in a villa – where you can have breakfast, invite friends for lunch and coffee, grill, grow flowers and plants, work out or simply enjoy the fresh air and all those sunny days Florence is well known for. In terms of quality of life, this house is hard to beat. You can go for a a run along the river, enjoy fancy restaurants, cafes and clubs, and watch the sunset in panoramic places that are just a short walk from the house. Florentine lifestyle at its best! The price indicated is the price for the entire apartment, regardless of the number of tenants. If a couple stays in one of the bedrooms, the apartment can easily host 3 people. The utilities (water, electricity, gas, waste, internet) are paid every three months, according to the actual consumption: you pay only what you actually use. Bed sheets, duvets, pillows, towels are not provided. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans and cutlery. Minimum rental period: 12 months. The apartment is for non-smokers only. Pets, if well behaved, are welcome. Parties are not allowed and it is important to keep quiet especially before 9:00 am and after 7:00 pm.
