Moreover it comes complete with towels, sheets, blankets, duvets, dishes, pans and pots, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located just 4 minutes walk from Dergano metro station (yellow line) which, in as few as 15 minutes, can take you to piazza Duomo, there in the very heart of Milano. The Bovisa campus is at a walkable distance, making it the perfect choice for students and professionals who are involved in the activities of the university. Nearby you will find restaurants, bars, a pastry shop and a pharmacy while downstairs, just in the same building complex, there's a supermarket for your shopping. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- KEEP IN MIND: The amount of the rent is inclusive of heating, waste, condominium fees and everything not differently specified. No other fees are required. Cleaning fee at the end of the stay is optional: you can decide to clean the apartment by your own. During winter heating is by radiators and will be regulated by the central plant of the condominium. AC is private and will be made available during summer time. Temperature inside the apartment must to comply with Italian environmental laws Article 3 law n. 74 of 16 april 2016, otherwise aditional fees for the increased bills will apply. The price is referred to 1 single tenant. 2 people can rent the apartment together for the whole period of just for a few days (in case you want to host a friend for a weekend or a limited period of time) but a little extra fee applies (10€ per night or 200€ monthly). In case there is necessity of a registered contract (for VISA or residential purposes) and/or third parties payments through international bank tranfers there is an additional fee of 150€ per month.
