Relax and unwind in this comfortable and well-appointed apartment, your home away from home in Lisbon. → Building The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building, with elevator and free parking (for cars with a maximum high of 1.90m), in one of the main avenues in Lisbon, Avenida da Liberdade. NOTE: Maintenance and repairs works in the building's common areas. → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms. One with a double bed and another with two single beds. Both rooms have air conditioning. → Bathrooms There are two bathrooms available, both with shower. Please be ware that there's a step to enter both bathrooms. → Living Room A spacious living room with comfortable sofas, a dining table and a delightful balcony. → Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with oven, electric stove, dishwasher and coffee machine (coffee not included) Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately.
