Despite being located close to the one of the most lively areas of Lisbon, the apartment is in a very quiet street. Perfect for families looking for a nice few days in Lisbon, with all the main attractions of the city within a walking distance. → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms with queen-size beds and lots of storage space. → Bathrooms The apartment has one bathroom with shower. → Living Room The living room has a Smart TV, a comfortable sofa and a dining table for 4. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, washing machine, iron, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded.
