The apartment features a spacious living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and bright single-bed rooms starting To join, we require a minimum stay of three months, a one-month deposit, and payment of the first month’s rent upon entry (or a proportional amount). Once the check-in time has been agreed upon, the maximum wait time is 30 minutes. If you cannot arrive on time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. The fees based on your arrival time are as follows: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM → No additional charge. 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM → €20 (paid in cash to the person greeting you). 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM → €35 (in cash to the person greeting you). After 10:00 PM → €50 (subject to prior confirmation and payable in cash to the person greeting you). ⚠️ Once we agree on an arrival time, the staff will wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes. If you’re running late, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. If you don’t show up or notify us in time, rescheduling the person in charge of handing over the keys will incur an additional surcharge depending on the time of availability. 🕒 CHECK-OUT TIMES Please keep your return flight time in mind when planning your check-out: Standard check-out: 10:00 AM (Latest check-out time at no extra charge). Late check-out: Subject to availability. Until 12:00 PM → 20€ Until 2:00 PM → 40€ 💡 Remember that payments for late check-ins or check-out extensions must be made in cash directly to the person in charge of the keys. Please confirm your flight details and estimated arrival time with us as soon as you have them, so we can arrange your check-in. !!️ Please note: - Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for €120. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €60 and we will wash and disinfect them for you. - If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself.
