ROOM Our rooms come furnished with all you need for a comfortable daily life, such as a bed with a mattress and a nightstand, a large wardrobe, and elegant blackout curtains. If you are studying or working from home, you can also do so from the comfort of your room, which is furnished with a table, chair, and lamp. APARTMENT You will be the first to move into our newly constructed apartments. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen that has everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. All apartments have spacious bathrooms with washing and drying machine. The apartments are also provided with energy-efficient floor-heating system that can be controlled individually for your comfort. BUILDING Our newly built building surrounded by a green courtyard creates a safe secluded space for you to find peace in the midst of Graz' city life. The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the (hidden) community. There are four community spaces in the building. Some of them feature kitchens, others include lounge areas with sofas, armchairs, dining areas, and more. You can spend time networking with your flatmates here or just relax in our beautifully designed spaces. In alignment with our sustainability efforts, the building is illuminated with energy-efficient LED lights. NEIGHBOURHOOD Lend is the first neighborhood on the west side of the Mur. It is home to some of the city's most popular art galleries and cultural institutions such as the Kunsthaus (the curiously-looking modern art museum), the Murinsel as well as the Graz main train station.
