The apartment, located in the old center of Florence, is on the second floor (no elevator) of an historical building 7 minutes walking from the Duomo. All the attractions of greatest interest are between 10 and 20 minutes by foot. The flat consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a small living area, a large double bedroom with walk-in closet, a twin bedroom that can be converted into a double if needed, a small bathroom with shower complete with all accessories and a closet with washing machine, iron and cleaning products. The kitchen and the twin bedroom overlook an internal courtyard so it is very quiet and you will have direct sunlight during the afternoon while the double bedroom overlooks a beautiful street from which you can see the Duomo, this bedroom is provided with a soundproof window and has direct sunlight in the morning. Air conditioning is present in every room and it can be adjusted to both hot and cold according to the season.
