The apartment is very centrally located. In 10 minutes on foot, you can be at Heumarkt (Old Town), Rhine, or Chlodwigplatz (South City). The apartment is 120 m2 in size and consists of a generous living room with an open plan kitchen. In addition, there are 2 rooms, a smaller one facing the quiet courtyard (that would be yours), and a larger one facing the "Hohe Pforte" (mine). Lastly, the apartment has 2 bathrooms and a beautiful balcony overlooking the courtyard. We can obviously share everything in the apartment: projector, electric piano, music system, home gym equipment, etc. The apartment is fully furnished. However, the bed and the dresser you currently see in your room will not be there when you move in. There is enough space to put your own desk and bed in the room. You are also welcome to have my sleeper sofa, which is very comfortable with the memory foam topper (200x140cm). The large wardrobe offers space for many clothes, but there is also a little space for an additional closet if needed. Tram, bus, and subway can all be reached within a few minutes. Surrounded by supermarkets and many shops on Severinstr., there is no shortage of shopping options. The Südstadt can be reached in 10 minutes and offers a variety of restaurants and bars for going out. You can also reach the Rhine quickly, for example, the Crane buildings. The main train station can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. The "Agrippabad" swimming pool is right around the corner. You would be living with me, Florian (33). I am self-employed with a small startup in the gaming industry and mostly work from my home office, so I am often home during the week. In my free time, I like to do a lot of sports (e.g., acrobatics, bouldering, wakeboarding, weight training). I like to travel a lot and already been to many places. My English is quite good so if you're international don't hesitate to apply. In one of the pictures, you can spot me so that you know what you would have to put up with daily ;) Due to the layout of the apartment, with its large open living room, you should also be interested in spending time together occasionally: Cooking together, watching movies, playing games, throwing parties, etc., should all be on the table.
