The private room also has on the inside and outside a lock for privacy. The shared kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an oven, microwave, electric cooker, and kettle. Separate kitchenware, dishes, and pots are provided for guests. The shared bathroom features a modern rainshower and a smaller showerhead. The apartment and thus private room is located on the 2th floor and accessible by stairs or elevator. Note: In light of the current escalated utility costs, particularly for gas, a monthly budget of €50 has been established for the duration of the rental period. This allocated budget is expected to be sufficient for responsible usage of heating and electricity. A check-in form, detailing radiator usage and the agreed-upon budget, must be reviewed, agreed upon, and signed by both the tenant and the host during check-in. A copy of this signed form will be provided to the tenant for reference. In the event that the agreed-upon budget is surpassed during the rental period, the tenant is required to settle the outstanding amount at check-out via cash, PayPal, or bank transfer, as requested by the host.
