The renovation included: a brand new kitchen with induction cooking, dishwasher and a microwave oven; a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing basin; all walls plastered and painted; laminate flooring through the whole apartment. You’ll enter the building on the ground floor (shared hallway). On the first floor you’ll find the entry to the apartment. On this floor there’s a small hallway (2m2) where you can hang your coat and store your shoes. Then you head up the second stairway. You’ll enter the spacious hallway (5m2). In the hallway is the first toilet. From the hallway you can reach the kitchen and living room and the bedroom. The kitchen and living room (28m2) is furnished with a dining table with chairs, a couch, a TV and cabinet. The bedroom (17m2) is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe and desk with chair. The bathroom (5m2) can be entered through the bedroom and is equipped with a shower, washing basin and the second toilet. Erasmus University is only 2.5KM away, so about 10 minutes by bike or 15 minutes with public transport. City center is also about 2.5KM from the apartment. Large supermarket is located just 500 meters away, so just over 5 minutes on foot. The apartment is 1800EUR all inclusive.
