The Vondelpark and Rembrandtpark are also within walking distance. The tram line 2 to the center is a 2 minute walk and so are several other bus lines. With a few minutes by car you are on the A10, A9 and A4 motorway. Schiphol airport is a 10-minute drive and is easily accessible by public transport.
