Beautiful room in the heart of Prague! 🔑 Main features: This ready-to-move-in private room is located in a fully renovated shared apartment (5+1 layout) in the highly desirable area of Prague 2 – Nové Město. The apartment is just a short walk from I.P. Pavlova, Wenceslas Square, náměstí Míru, and Karlovo náměstí. It is situated on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator. The room offers approximately 17 m2 of space and comes fully furnished with an extendable bed (which can be used as a double bed), bed linen, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with chair and lamp, and tasteful decorations. 🏡 Common areas & equipment: The apartment features a modern shared kitchen fully equipped with all appliances, including a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, and basic utensils. A washing machine with dryer is also available. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. 💰 Rental conditions: All utilities are included in the price (high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, water, etc.). The standard contract duration is one year. As we are the direct owners, no commission fees apply. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required (for stays shorter than 3 months, the deposit is 50% of one month’s rent). We can also provide proof of accommodation or a business license if needed. 📍 Location: The apartment is ideally located in the city center, with all amenities within walking distance – restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies, and more.
