This is a newly built Guest House consisting of a basement and ground floor. It has an ensuite interior cozy bedroom with Luxury king bed, orthopedic matress, spacious dressing room, and a Jacuzi tub. A seperate single bed can be added if requested. A washing machine and dryer are also available in the building at the seperate entrance, and it is shared between the two homes , they are usually free most of the time. The Annex is detached with separate entrance. It shares a garden view with the main house and it has its own private garden with loungers. The location is excellent, as it is a short walk to the War Memorial Park , a short drive to Warwick University, Coventry University, City Centre and Train station.
