Fully furnished with new furniture and all necessary appliances, the apartment has independent heating and is rented exclusively to women. We only accept female workers or students with certified documentation of work or study in Rome, to be provided during the platform communication stage. ❗ Booking Procedure ❗: Administrative Fee Payment: - Must be paid through the platform upon request. - Covers all management costs for our clients. Advance Payment for July or August: - If the booking includes July or August, payment for one of these months is required in advance via the platform.
