In living room you have coach that can be converted to anj additional very stable 140cmx200cm bed as the picture with bed sheet shows. Therefore it can accommodate 4 person shortly in case you have visit or two person want to slepp seperately. 2 Super markets are within 5 minute walking distance. The apartment is located in the 5 minute walking distance of three Tramways: 2, 9 and 44. The Bus 10 is in 3 minutes. Tram way 2 goes directly to city centre and Opera. Tram 9 goes directly to railway station. Tram way 44 goes to university of Vienna. The bus 10 is also in 3 minutes. Here is why this apartment is cheaper even than a single room: I encourage people to save energy and to profit from taking their own responsibility. Therefore I reduced the rent of the apartment but let people to pay their own energy consumption directly to the energy provider. There are many ways to save energy without compromising their comfort, like fully opening windows but shortly to refresh ambient air, improving the way you wash you dishes, reduce the temperature when you are not home etc. According to past experience average payment for two person per month is averaged about 60€ over 12 moths....
