About the owner & the house: I’ve bought this house in the beginning of 2021 and have been thoroughly renovating it for the past 1.5 year. Basically, it's a new house;). The goal was to make it a quality home for myself and two tenants. So this started as a personal project to live in myself and later changed to a full rental house.
