Located in one of Barcelona's most iconic neighborhoods, Kasa combines a clean and bright design with timeless Catalan architecture. Upon walking into the 62 square meter space, there is an open plan living room, fitted with a plush couch, leading to a balcony. Notice the brick wall upon which the Smart TV is mounted and the wood beams across the ceiling. The balcony has a small table with two chairs. Next to the entrance, there is a dedicated work from home area, characterized by a bold bright color. The kitchen, with geometric floor tiles, is fully furnished with all cooking utensils and appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a dining area equipped with table and wooden shelves to store tableware. Past the glass door, there is a bathroom on the right with shower. The two bedrooms both have queen-sized beds and wooden closets with full mirrors. All bed and bath linens are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment.
