This apartment boasts three bedrooms and spans 120 square meters on the fourth floor, complete with elevator access. Recently renovated and furnished in 2021, it is conveniently located just 4-5 minutes from the Victoria metro stop, the A.E.U.B University of Athens, and the Archaeological Museum. You'll find shops, restaurants, and a supermarket just around the corner. Each bedroom measures approximately 20-25 square meters, features its own lock, and is equipped with air conditioning and VDSL 50 mbps Wi-Fi. Your private bedroom is furnished with a double bed, desk, and lamp for studying or working, a closet, mirror and a small balcony. In addition to the private bedrooms, tenants will also share the common areas with your roommate, which include a small hall , a living room a small WC , a kitchen equipped with stove , oven , fridge , a bathroom with a washing machine (with a drying rack provided for your convenience). There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, frying pans, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but in case there is something missing or in a bad shape , we do not provide / replace them. We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, washing machine and boiler for hot water) . You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self. A damage deposit is required in cash upon check-in, and it is refundable upon check-out after the room has been inspected.
