Due to the current covid crisis we offer hotel rooms for rent for long term. These rooms are situatied in a 3-star rated hotel in Amsterdam center on 5-10 minutes walking distance of Amsterdam Central Station, city center and various facilities in the neighborhood (e.g. supermarket, public transports and library). Rooms are completely furnished with private toilet/showers and offered for private use (not shared with others). Rooms have TV, AC (cooling and also heating) and Wifi. We have 24 hour reception with great staff. The building is accessible to guests and tenants only for safety purposes. All floors have elevator access. At the reception you may find a vending machine with candies and drinks. The building is sound proof for noises. The rent is all-included, and based on single use. Please feel free to check for the charge in case of other friends, couples or children joining you for your stay. City tax surcharges may be exempted when registered at the Amsterdam municipal. Facilities in short: -The rental of this accommodation does not include cleaning or housekeeping services. We may provide these services with cleaning and/or linnen change at a surcharge (depending on need and frequency). -Shared kitchen has oven and microwave with cups, plates and cutlery available for use. Kitchen is available 24 hours per day. -Laundry services is available close by to the hotel. The charge is EUR 9,50 for wash and dry of a 5 kg bag of clothes. It can be dropped and picked up on same day. Registration at the Amsterdam municipal and application of BSN is possible. We will provide a rental agreement and all necessary documents. For city tax surcharges we recommend to register so that these taxes do not have to be paid. Het hotel is op loopafstand van het centrum, Amsterdam station en diverse voorzieningen in de buurt (supermarkt en bibliotheek). De kamers zijn allen gemeubileerd en voorzien van eigen sanitaire voorzieningen (douche en toilet). Het zal gaan om prive kamers, die je niet zal delen met anderen. De kamers hebben TV, airco (zowel verwarmen als koelen) en draadloos internet. Er is 24-uursreceptie en lift aanwezig met verder een vending machine (met snoep en frisdrank) bij de receptie. Het gebouw is in goede staat met ramen met dubbelglas in alle kamers, geïsoleerde muren en Er is geen volledige keuken maar wel een bijkeuken met de mogelijkheid om eten op te warmen met magnetron en oven. Koelkast is aanwezig met voldoende ruimte. Huurprijs van deze kamer is inclusief nutslasten G/W/L. Internet en TV zijn tevens inbegrepen in de prijs. Er worden geen housekeeping services aangeboden tijdens de huurperiode maar in tegen meerprijs kan schoonmaak verzorgd worden. Inschrijving bij de gemeente is mogelijk.
