Information regarding the contract and deposit: In order to schedule a check-in time and to hand you the key of your new home, we would need to receive the deposit (2 months' rent) at our bank account. Careful: a proof of transfer is not accepted. So please take this into consideration when you book. After the booking on the platform, you will have 2 days to register in our system (with your official documents and contact details) and to sign the contract. Within 3 days after signing the contract, we will except the deposit to hit our bank account.
