(U3) right across the corner Despite the fact that the building is located in the center of Berlin, the street is very quiet Amenities: - bedlinen set - towels - fully equipped kitchen - washing machine - dishwasher Information regarding the contract and deposit: In order to schedule a check-in time and to hand you the key of your new home, we would need to receive the deposit (2 month's rent) at our bank account. Careful: a proof of transfer is not accepted. So please take this into consideration when you book. After the booking on the platform, you will have 2 days to register in our system (with your official documents and contact details) and to sign the contract. Within 3 days after signing the contract, we will except the deposit to hit our bank account. Keep in mind that international transfers can take a few business days so we suggest you to transfer the deposit as soon as you sign the contract. In case that you don't transfer the deposit on time, we'll have to cancel your reservation and you might lose the first month's rent.
