IMPORTANT INFORMATION APARTMENT DETAILS - The apartment is conveniently located near a supermarket and public transport, with the Opera House and pedestrian area just a 15-minute walk away. - It can accommodate up to 4 people. - Additional required costs labeled as "other" refer to building costs. Utility and building costs must be paid each month in advance. - The €200 labeled as "other additional costs" are condominium/administrator costs and include the yearly check of the boiler. I don't get that money; - €90 cost for cleaning is mandatory; 4. RESERVATION PROCESS - If you apply for a reservation, please introduce yourself and explain/describe your source of income. - Meldezzettel and or rental agreement will be provided, but it will turn into a +10% on the total rental cost; - if you apply for a reservation shorter than 30 days, please ask the rental cost: it will be at least €100 x day, more in the touristic peak season; better you ask before your reservation. DEPOSIT - A €1200 deposit guarantees the proper use of the apartment's furniture. It will be fully refunded via bank transfer after departure and inspection of the studio, provided there are no damages to the property. If the guest asked a signed Meldezzettel, the deposit will be returned after the cancellation of residency (Abmeldung); - After booking, you will receive my contact details. PAYMENT - Initial payment for the first month's rent is made via HA.
