I'm available for real-time assistance throughout your stay. ◆ The apartment is outside the LTZ zone and even if the street is mostly made up of blue lines parking (paid parking) if you are lucky and find an empty spot, you can park for free :) Contact me and I will be happy to give you all the info you need to know about this. ◆ To best manage your expectations: My apartment is situated at the end of Borgo vecchio and at the beginning of Politeama Square (right on the edge of the old centre). Borgovecchio is a working class neighborhood, while Politeama, is the more contemporary/high class neighborhood. Both areas are lively, especially during the weekends, so, if you are looking for a quiet place or if you are a light sleeper you might want to look elsewhere. However if you're hoping to be minutes from everything Palermo has to offer, then you've come to the right place :) IMPORTANT: Please be aware once the booking is done through Housing Anywhere I will send you asap the contract. The deposit needs to be paid either through Housing Anywhere. The price is for a maximum of 2 people. Gas, internet, water are included in the rent. However the electricity bills must be paid using PayPal. HOUSE RULES • Smoking in the balcony only. • No visitors in the apartment. • Turn off the lights and air conditioners when you are not in the apartment Other things to note: • As soon as the electricity bill arrives (based on readings taken at both check-in and check-out), I will reimburse you if you have overpaid or vice versa, so that you pay only the actual costs of what you have used. Electricity bill, rent, final cleaning fee, security deposit must be paid before check-in. • I reserve the right to request a refund in the following cases: missing items or damages in the apartment. The same policy applies to stained towels and bed linens with stains that cannot be washed away or in the case the apartment is left excessively dirty. CHECK OUT: The check-out time is at 10:00 on the day your reservation ends. The apartment must be left in a respectable condition, the refrigerator empty, and the trash must be disposed of. You can leave only the last set of sheets and towels (you wouldn't have time to do laundry), the rest should be washed in the days before. Thank you for your cooperation....
