I am 88m2 big and also have an external storage in the building. There are elevators in the building. I am located in the "Cool" district which is really the heart of Rotterdam. "What are your strenghts?" The location is outstanding. Train, tram, subway are all around the corner. Supermarket is walking distance and if you don't want to cook, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Not to forget to mention the many shops and Pathe Cinema if you don't want to sit home to Netflix and chill. Furthermore I am fully furnished and equipped with lifesavers as dishwasher, washingmachine, dryer and TV. "What are your weaknesses?" Yes, nobody is perfect, I also have my weaknesses. I don't have a balcony nor a garden BUT Rotterdam has many parks (Euromast Park, Kralingse Bos, Museum Park etc) which are easily reachable by bike or public transport 🙂 "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" I hope that I will be rent out to tenants who treat me well and take good care of me. "What is your rent indication?" EUR 1200,- (Including G/W/E and Internet). "When are you available?"
