THE FLAT The studio flat (28 mq - 301 sq ft.) is bright and airy, on the 3rd floor with no lift. Equipped with a sofa bed (queen size bed 60" x 80"), fitted kitchenette, wood floor, beamed ceiling, and everything you need from induction hob to knives and forks, fully furnished with independently controlled heating, A/C, microwave oven, and high speed wi-fi connection. The studio flat is at the 3rd floor with no elevator (that is 4th floor for US scheme), some 60 stairs to go up. Please note that it is not suitable for wheelchair access or for people with mobility impairments. Main features: - Induction hob - Knives and forks, - Independently controlled heating - Microwave oven - Optical fibre high speed wi-fi connection. - A/C LOCATION Piazza dei Rossi studio flat is centrally located in a quiet street just off the very famous Ponte Vecchio and convenient for shops, bars and restaurants plus all the historic attractions and major schools. The location is excellent: great area - very central and safe, with all amenities moments away, it’s just a few minutes walk to mini and supermarkets, delicatessens and trattoria’s, banks, post office and public transport (bus/train). All the main attractions are at a walkable distance, and so is the train station. The connection to the airport is provided by the tram system which can be reached in a nice 15 mins walk from the flat. Closest supermarket is 50 metres, literally around the corner is Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio, Boboli Gardens and many beautiful churches together with the conveniences for day to day living. SUMMARY OF COSTS The month will have to be paid in full, even if the stay is shorther than a month.
