Other things to note: •Electricity and water bills are estimated. This means that you will pay the amount indicated in the advertisement in advance, and then, as soon as the bill arrives (based on readings taken at both check-in and check-out), I will reimburse you if you have overpaid or vice versa, so that you pay only the actual costs of what you have used. All utilities, rent, and the security deposit must be paid before check-in. •A €90 fee is required for professional cleaning of the apartment at the en of your stay. • I reserve the right to request a refund in the following cases: missing items or damages in the apartment. The same policy applies to stained towels and bed linens with stains that cannot be washed away or in the case the apartment is left excessively dirty. The check-out time is at 10:00 on the day your reservation ends. The apartment must be left in a respectable condition, the refrigerator empty, and the trash must be disposed of.
